How does the delivery / shipping take place?
We will ship packageable small items within Germany by DPD Predict, within the EU by DPD or DHL, to Switzerland by DHL. When the package has been picked-up you will automatically receive an email from the delivery company with the tracking number of your package/packages.
Large and fragile items will be delivered by specialized furniture shipping companies. The item will be delivered to the (downstairs) front door of the customer. Only the driver will be present and therefore the customer will be needed tp help with unloading.
Depending on the destination we send large, bulky items carefully packaged on disposable pallets. Curbside delivery.
We will contact you before we arrange a shipment. When the item has been shipped then you will receive a tracking number from us.
Self pick-up at our showroom in Karlsruhe, Germany:
Contact us directly by phone or by email via our contact form to make an appointment. We will then prepare your items for pick-up. Pick-up is possible: Tuesday-Friday 10 am - 5 pm and Saturday 11 am – 4 pm.
Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: EU countries, Switzerland
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

With our combined delivery rate the additional items you purchase will be shipped inexpensively with the first purchase.
It works like this: The delivery rate is automatically adjusted in the shopping cart and is calculated as follows:
Highest stated shipping rate + half of the individual shipping price will be charged for all other items.
Free shipping items are marked on the item accordingly.
If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
Depending on the size and condition, the shipping cost vary between 50,00 and 250,00 Euro. Additonal information for deliveries to Switzerland:
Parcel shipping:
The delivery fees are including costums clearance, + Swiss Vat and any customs duties payable.
Shipping of bulky items by forwarding agency:
The delivery fees are plus customs clearance, Swiss VAT and any costums duties payable.
Charges for customs clearance are 30.00 Euro for purchases under a net value of 1,000.00 Euro and 70.00 Euro for purchases exceeding a net value of 1,000.00
We will refund the German VAT.
You will receive a revised invoice showing the refund together with the confirmation of purchase.

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 70 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 70 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
